That’s me in the middle. And if you haven’t guessed it yet, I used to figure skate.

Want to know something crazy? Changing your life is a lot like you going out and deciding to land an axle. What’s an axle? It’s the most difficult jump in figure skating. You jump forwards in the air, rotate 1.5 times and land backwards.

Think about reading a book that a professional figure skater has written about landing an axle. They give you all the steps. Can you now land an axle? Of course not!

You are going to need to learn how to properly skate before you are going to be able to learn how to jump. You need to know the BASICS before you can even consider hurling yourself in the air with a couple of knives strapped to your feet.

And the same is true for your LIFE.

If you want new results, you are going to need to figure out who you are right now. You are going to need to learn how to accept who you are AT THIS MOMENT.

Before you can jump you have to do edges, and crossovers and stopping.

Before you can start trusting yourself, you need to start knowing yourself and seeing yourself and accepting yourself.

This has to happen BEFORE the affirmations. It has to happen before you try and wake up at 5am and meditate every day and manifest your dream life.
